Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bynli platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including group admins, managers, members, and visitors.

Description of Service

Bynli is a group and community management platform. It provides tools for member management, event coordination, messaging, payments, forms, and related features. The Service is currently in Beta, meaning it is still being developed and improved.

Your Account

To use most features of Bynli, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bynli only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person or entity

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or share on Bynli. By uploading content, you grant Bynli a limited licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

Intellectual Property

The Bynli platform, including its design, code, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Bynli and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bynli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bynli in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
