What your team pays Bynli, what your members pay you, and how the money moves.

Bynli plans

Every team starts on the free plan. Upgrade for higher member counts, premium features, and the embed widget.

• Hearth — free; core members, events, messages
• Circle — \$49/mo; donations, email blasts, file manager
• Town — \$99/mo; embed widget, custom CTAs, group sections, intake forms
• Square — \$199/mo; multi-team HQ, phone bank, voter reg, custom domains, priority support

Payment methods

1. Open /dash/billing
2. Click Add payment method
3. Enter a card or connect PayPal
4. Mark one as default — that's what monthly charges run on

Invoices & receipts

Every charge lands in /dash/billing → History with a downloadable PDF. Receipts also email automatically to the admin email on file.

Refunds

• Event tickets — open the event → Sales, find the buyer, click Refund
• Bynli charges — open a billing ticket within 30 days of the charge

Failed payments

If a card on file fails, we retry once and email the admin. If it fails twice the team drops to free plan until you update the card — no data is lost.
