Your account

Profile, password, two-factor, notifications, and what happens when you leave a team or delete your account.

Edit your profile

  1. Open /dash/me
  2. Update your name, photo, bio, and links
  3. Toggle whether your profile shows on the team's public roster
  4. Save

Change your password

From /dash/meSecurity. You'll enter your current password once and the new one twice. All other sessions log out when you change it.

Forgot your password

  1. Open /dash/login
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email on your account — we send a reset link valid for an hour

Two-factor authentication

Strongly recommended for admins. Adds a second step at sign-in — a code from an authenticator app or sent by text.

  1. Open /dash/meSecurityTwo-factor
  2. Pick App (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) or Text
  3. Scan the QR code (app) or verify your phone number (text)
  4. Save the backup codes somewhere safe — you'll need one if you lose your phone

Notifications

Control what reaches you and how at /dash/meNotifications. Separate toggles for:

Leave a team

From /dash/meTeams, find the team and click Leave. You lose access immediately. Your account stays — only this team membership goes away. The team's admins are notified.

If you're the only admin, you'll need to promote someone else first or transfer the team. Otherwise the team gets locked when you leave.

Delete your account

From /dash/meAccountDelete account. We send a confirmation email — once you confirm, your profile is removed, your team memberships end, and your personal data is purged within 30 days.

Posts and payments stay (in anonymized form) so other people's records aren't disrupted. Refunds for any outstanding payments are issued before final deletion.

Privacy & data

Full details at our privacy policy. The short version: we don't sell data, we minimize what we keep, and you can request an export anytime from Support.
