I can't log in — what should I do?

Can't get into your account? Work through these steps to get back in.

Check your email address
Make sure you're using the exact email you signed up with. Even one wrong character will stop you from getting in.
💡 Try checking your inbox for the welcome email from Bynli — the address it was sent to is the one tied to your account.

Check your password
Passwords are case-sensitive, so "Password1" and "password1" are different. Make sure Caps Lock isn't on.

Try a different browser
Sometimes browser extensions or saved data cause login issues. Try opening Bynli in a different browser or in a private/incognito window.

Clear your browser cache
Old cached data can sometimes interfere. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
💡 In most browsers: Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data.

If none of the above works, email us at hello@bynli.com with your name and the email address on your account. We'll get you back in as quickly as possible.
