Beta Program Agreement

What Is the Beta Program?

Bynli is currently in Beta — a period of active development where we are building, testing, and improving the platform with real users. By using Bynli during this period, you are participating in our Beta Program.

This agreement ("Beta Agreement") is in addition to our Terms of Service and governs your participation in the Beta Program.

Free Access During Beta

All features of the Bynli platform are available at no cost during the Beta period. This is our way of thanking early users for helping us build a better product.

We will give you reasonable advance notice before introducing any paid features or subscription plans. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

What to Expect During Beta

Because Bynli is still being actively developed, you may encounter:

• Bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour
• Features that change, move, or are temporarily removed
• Periods of reduced performance or downtime during updates
• Incomplete or evolving features

We do our best to keep the platform stable and will communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.

Your Data During Beta

We treat your data seriously, even during Beta. We will not intentionally delete user data, and we apply the same security standards described in our Privacy Policy throughout the Beta period.

However, in rare cases involving major platform changes, data migration may be necessary. We will notify you in advance if this affects your group.

Feedback and Improvements

Your experience and feedback are invaluable to us. As a Beta user, we may ask you to share your thoughts on features, report bugs, or participate in surveys.

By sharing feedback with us, you grant Bynli a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the platform. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.

No Warranty

The Beta version of the platform is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be continuously available during the Beta period.

When Beta Ends

When we transition out of Beta, we will notify all users with reasonable advance notice. At that point, we will introduce our pricing plans. You will have the opportunity to choose a plan or export your data if you decide not to continue.

We are committed to a fair and transparent transition — no surprise charges, no data held hostage.
